LOCUS and its design, code, and related materials remain the property of their creator. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except where applicable law allows it.

The photos, writing, places, dates, and other content you choose to add to LOCUS remain your responsibility.
Please make your own decisions about what you store, export, back up, or sync through your device and iCloud account.
[ Device and Service Dependencies ]
Some features of LOCUS depend on Apple platform services such as Photos, location permissions, sharing, and optional iCloud storage and sync.
If those services are unavailable, restricted, or disabled, parts of the app may not work as expected.
[ Availability and Changes ]
We may update, change, pause, or discontinue parts of LOCUS over time.
We do not guarantee that every version of the app will always remain available or fully compatible with every iOS version or device.
[ Limitation of Liability ]
LOCUS is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses resulting from use of the app, data loss, service interruptions, or platform-level failures outside our reasonable control.
